So we have to come up with meals which are reasonable priced to cook for large numbers and that aren’t too fiddly, otherwise it would take all morning! Here in Peru there is not the availability of pre-prepared foods like there is in the UK or US, and what there is, is very expensive so not possible for large numbers. So most of the food is prepared from scratch.

Amazing. What inspiration you have given me to make my plate more colourful! Rice and salad is always a good plan, and with such varied ways of doing meat. As I say - an inspiration! I was sad not to see any of my favourite purple corn in the mix though!!

Amazing! What an inspiration! Your plates are much more colourful than mine here - I think I'm going to try and copy some of your recipes from the pictures! I was sad not to see any of my favourite purple corn though!!!
